You were the first person to show me kindness. You gave me a job when I had no money, listened to me without judging, and treated me with respect and compassion, which was something I had never felt. You told me things I needed to hear and nudged me forward in a very gentle way. You showed me love and gave me safety. It takes a very special kind of person to do what you do and I really admire you. Seriously, you are my hero!! I think the lesson was more about kindness than figuring out my health problems, and you were more than successful.
