I just wanted to let you know that I read your article on Eating Disorders, and I wanted to thank you for it. You were so brave! Your advice is so spot on, and I know that you are really really helping people. You have done a really good thing. Thank you for your honesty, it makes me feel that I can also be honest. Also, how you said that we are always recovering, really helped me to feel less like a failure when I have relapses in my thinking or my behaviour. You have given me renewed hope.
